Guided by a passion for photography, Sarvesh Chawla famously known as Savvy, studied Journalism & Mass Communication in India, which also led to work in graphic design, cinematography and film editing. His love for photography transcended borders and resulted in experimentation with a wider set of photography genres and formats. He is currently a masters student at Goldsmiths, University of London and is expected to complete in mid of July 2017. He feels that landscapes can offer a visual and a mental space, a deeper meaning beyond the surface of the image. He, often a quiet individual, believes in storytelling with the help of his picturesque images that incorporates different elements within a single frame.
Throughout his 3 years bachelors, he has done various event photography for his college, designed posters, made and edited short films and news. He has developed high skills in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Lightroom and is also familiar with Illustrator and After Effects.
His photographs were featured across number of newspapers and magazines published in India. He has worked with media houses like Fremantle Media, HT Campus, Frames co. etc. He has also volunteered for NGO like Make A Difference.
Sarvesh is a product of technology and is ever occupied in defying it any way he can along with living with it which is the inculcation of technical creativity he exhales.
